Open vs. Closed council meetings

Sometimes councillors need to discuss certain topics in a meeting closed to the public. However the subject matter that must or may be discussed behind closed doors is limited by the Community Charter. For more informatioin on the requirements for council to hold a closed meeting follow the links below;
